Print on printer


  • Open a PDF file using Acrobat Reader app. It has "Test Square" in it. 

          Important!  Print the first page with "Test Square" before printing pattern. 

  • Select "Print" from the menu and choose the device you want to print.


  • Follow the set up below:


          Custom scale - 100%
          Choose paper source by PDF page size - Unchecked
          Orientation - Auto

  • Click "Page Setup". Make sure you choose US letter. Spaces should be minimum 4,32 mm.

 

 

  • Print only first page with "Test Square".


  • When it printed you need to measure all 4 sides of the square. If all sides is 10 cm X 10 cm so you can try to print 3 pages with the same settings.

The inner frame must be fully printed ( see image below ).

  • If the sides of the square are not 10 cm by 10 cm, then you need to return to the settings and change them in the "custom scale". 

 

Print on a wide-format plotter

  • Open the PDF pattern with letters "Plotter" in Acrobat Reader.
  • Go to "Properties" and set Page Sizing & Handling as follow on a picture below:


          

 

  • Go to "Paper / Quality" and click "Custom".
  • Set width and height as show on a picture below:
